To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.

About The Art
Mary Vaux Walcott (1860-1940) was an American naturalist and one of the most celebrated botanical illustrators of her time. Her meticulous watercolor paintings of North American wildflowers are considered among the finest botanical art ever produced. These designs have been carefully and respectfully digitized by artist Marissa Kay, preserving every detail of Walcott's original brushwork on handmade seed paper. Sending this card is like sending a piece of natural history.
What's Included
Each card is 4.5 x 5.75 in., blank inside, with a recycled kraft paper envelope. Seeds Inside Every Card Daisy, Maiden Pink, Dwarf Petunia, Hairy Beardtongue, Moroccan Toadflax, Red Corn Poppy, Sweet William Catchfly, Wild Thyme, Roman Chamomile. The same wildflower blend is in every card. All seeds are non-invasive in North America and attract bees and pollinators.
The Seed Paper
Made by rural craftswomen in Nepal using the Daphne bush, a plant that regenerates after harvesting, making the paper genuinely sustainable. The paper contains 50% recycled content and is made without harmful chemicals. Every purchase supports fair wages for the women who make it.
How To Plant
Tear or cut the card into small pieces. Press into 1/8 inch of soil in a pot or garden bed. Keep moist until established. Plants tolerate partial shade and need about 4 hours of direct sunlight daily. Germination begins in 1-6 weeks depending on growing zone. This seed paper is tested by us, the seed supplier, the USDA, and Nepal's Department of Agriculture - the most tested seed paper stock available.
